Nina Chicago is hiring for our fall/winter/holiday season! We are looking for one new team member who can work two days (10-12 hours) a week, beginning in October and ending sometime in March or April. This position is specifically for Monday and Saturday afternoons.

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE:
• wants to be part of a creative team and feels at home in a crafty environment
• enjoys interacting with other team members and customers
• has retail experience or understanding of retail hours/environment
• uses and understands knitting/sewing and/or crochet patterns
• can handle the busy moments of the bustling holiday season
 
WHAT THE JOB ENTAILS:
• helping customers choose yarn, fabric & accessories for their projects
• maintaining organization in the shop, including all yarn & fabric shelves and shop samples
• providing the best possible customer experience for everyone who walks in the door
• other basic tasks like opening/closing/cleaning duties
 
REQUIREMENTS:
• must be available to work regular Monday and Saturday shifts, including and especially around the holidays
• must be proficient in at least two of the crafts in which we specialize: knitting, crocheting & sewing
