Colorwork! It often frustrates folks who try it and find that their strands are too tight, way too loose, or your work is uneven/puckered. Let's tackle these issues!

In this class, Hilary will guide you through a colorwork cowl of your choosing. We will be looking for something that allows you to tackle the colorwork section right at the beginning of class, and also something with long floats so we can practice catching them!

Our cowl is the Shadow Wielder Cowl by Wanded Knit and Crochet. Hilary used Movers & Makers Wicker Park DK in alliance, paired with Urth Yarns Spiral Grain Light Worsted in juneberry. She will be on hand in the weeks before class to help you with both your pattern and yarn selection.

Please note this is not a beginner class. Students need to be proficient at knitting and purling in the round.

Classes are for adults and young adults aged 16 years or older.

Please note that we have a one-week rescheduling policy and that classes and workshops are non-refundable. We will happily reschedule you for another class or allot store credit if we are notified of any conflict at least one week in advance.

We cannot guarantee make-ups for no-shows or cancellations within one week. Classes with low attendance may be cancelled and rescheduled in which case, we will offer a credit for a future class or a full refund.
